The Benzie-Leelanau District Health Department is seeking a full-time Personal Health Director to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for our Personal Health Division. This leadership role works closely with staff, community partners, and regional and state organizations to advance programs and services that improve health outcomes across Benzie and Leelanau Counties.
The Personal Health Director will guide strategic planning, program development, budget management, staff supervision, and community partnerships while supporting the Agency's mission to promote wellness, prevent disease, and improve access to quality health services. The ideal candidate will have experience in public health, community health programs, leadership, and team management, along with a strong commitment to collaboration and service excellence.
